Eugene Bleecker III
General Manager
Eugene Bleecker III is the founder of 108 Performance, an industry leader in player development since 2014. Known for bridging traditional feel with modern data and movement science, he has helped shape The 108 Way and works with athletes and coaches across youth, college, and professional levels.
Craig Snider
Head Coach
Craig Snider joins the Knoxville Miracle as Head Coach after serving on Tennessee’s softball staff, where he helped the Lady Vols return to the Women’s College World Series in 2025. Known as one of the nation’s premier offensive minds, Snider has also led Texas Tech and coached at Oklahoma, Florida State, and Texas A&M.
Stephanie Sanders
Assistant Coach
Stephanie Sanders joins the Knoxville Miracle as Assistant Coach after serving on Tennessee’s softball staff, where she helped the Lady Vols return to the Women’s College World Series in 2025. Her coaching background includes stops at Penn State, Miami (Ohio), Villanova, and Saginaw Valley State, with experience in hitting, outfield, catching, recruiting, and player development.
